Intention is the first ingredient in all my medicine. I add it with reverence, as it is the only action I can provide. Everything else comes from nature.

There is no end of me and beginning of you. All is one.

The Entourage Effect stipulates that seemingly unrelated plant compounds work together to modulate and strengthen the overall effect.

I believe the Entourage Effect works on a grander scale and when connected, all things modulate and strengthen the overall effect.

This is the guiding principle for the health of my garden, body, and environment.
